Erin Allen, NP

Medical Director

Erin Allen is the Medical Director of The Vitamin Bar. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner from United States University. Erin loves working in the IV therapy industry and has a passion for helping her patients feel and live their best lives. She worked as a nurse in the emergency department at Intermountain and has over 15 years of emergency medicine experience. In her spare time, she likes hiking skiing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Courtney

Nurse Manager / IV Specialist

Courtney is our Nurse Manager and IV nurse specialist. She has worked with the vitamin bar for over 3 years now and has been a registered nurse for almost 6 years. Courtney was born and raised in Littleton CO and pursued her nursing degree in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has experience working in the medical surgical unit and as an allergy nurse, treating anaphylactic reactions. She moved to Park City in 2019. Courtney loves yoga, walks with her dogs, and enjoys all that Park City has to offer. She has also recently gained the title of “mom” and welcomed her baby boy last spring.

Our Nurses

Robyn was born in Mesa, Arizona. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2005 with her Bachelors in nursing. She’s worked in Neuro ICU, Labor and Delivery and Newborn Nursery and her reputation has always been the girl who can start any IV. Robyn loves running, biking, boating, skiing and spending time with her family.

Lauren
Lindsay has been a Master Medical Esthetician and Certified Laser tech for over 15 years in a variety of practices. She brings passion, knowledge, and personal care to each of her clients. Continuous learning and seeking to understand clients' goals enable her to create in-office treatment plans coupled with at-home regimens to reach transformative results. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys hiking with her two pups, skiing, and traveling.

Ryan was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. From there received her Masters in Nursing at DePaul University. She currently works as both a Labor & Delivery nurse and an Aesthetics Nurse. She made Park City her home in 2022. Ryan loves cooking, skiing, and hiking with her husband and her dog Lou.

Katelyn Kelly from Buffalo, NY. She has a bachelor's in biology and English literature from Miami University and a bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Utah. Before nursing, she worked as a clinical laboratory scientist and has been working as an RN in the Park City emergency department for over two years. Travel and outdoor enthusiast.

Lindsay was born and raised in upstate New York, received her nursing degree in the midwest, and has lived all over the US as an emergency room traveling nurse. When she first came to Park City, she was drawn to the mountains and lifestyle here. She has since made Utah her home. She enjoys skiing, trail running, traveling, surfing, and all other big adventures outdoors.

I have been a nurse for 4 years, but more importantly, have been starting IVs for 12! I work in the Emergency Department up here in Park City. I moved to Park City in 2021 but have lived in the mountains all over the country. In my free time, I love to ski, mountain bike, and whitewater raft.

Michelle was born in Worcester, MA. She has a BS in Exercise science/ Fitness and Cardiac Rehab from Ithaca College in NY and an AS in Nursing from Regents College in Albany NY. She has been an RN for over 30 years and is a home IV infusion nurse for Medical patients as well as at the Vitamin Bar. After visiting Park City in the late 90’s, she moved here with her husband 3 years ago. They enjoy traveling and mountain life especially skiing, paddle boarding, and hiking. They also look forward to their 3 adult children’s visits throughout the year.

Liz has been a nurse for 14 yrs.She started by getting a BS in public health from BYU, followed by getting her Bachelor of nursing From Westminster College.Starting her nursing career in pediatrics, Liz now works in the ED and has been there for 8 yrs and has worked for the Vitamin Bar for the past 6 yrs.Having a certificate in Functional Medicine Health Coaching, she is passionate about living a full and healthy life.

Meaghan is a Utah transplant originally from the east coast and moved to Park City from Martha’s Vineyard six years ago, trading in the ocean for the mountains. She has fallen in love with the lifestyle of the Wasatch back, and enjoys all things outdoors, which she enjoys with her husband and baby girl. Meaghan’s background is in emergency nursing, but also loves taking care of people through working at the Vitamin Bar.
